Q. Do you ship internationally? 

A. Yes we do.

Q. Are items returnable?

A. All sales are final. However if any package arrives damaged please contact us within 5 business days and we will address your concerns.

Q. Are your items fragile?

A. Yes. Most of our items are very delicate in nature. We recommend them for children over the age of 3 and for special occasions only.

Q. Covid precautions?

A. Safety is our biggest priority. All items are made with the use of gloves/masks to help prevent any germ transfer.

Q. Are you currently accepting collaborations/brand reps?

A. At this time we are not doing collaborations. If we do in the near future we will open submissions and post online form.

 Q. When will my order ship?

A. Ready made orders will ship within 3-5 business days. All custom orders will ship in 5-7 business days. You can use the "Rush my order" option to expedite.

Q. I paid for shipping expedited but it took longer than 24 hrs to arrive here.

A. We unfortunately cannot control the mailing system once it leaves our warehouse. Please be mindful that shipping could be delayed due to many reasons and for those we are not responsible.
